Supportive Group Counseling
Supportive Group Counseling is a collective healing space where a small group of folks come together to share their lived experiences and offer support to their peers. These sessions are facilitated by myself but are member-led which gives folks an opportunity to give and receive support, gain understanding of problems and explore possible solutions. These groups are open and are typically 90 minutes.
Clinical Supervision is a space where Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) can sharpen their clinical skills through consultation on clinical cases, treatment strategies, and other important topics including self-care. I support clinicians who need clinical supervision hours toward their LCSW.
I provide consulting to small and large-scale businesses to develop curriculum on Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EID), Trauma -informed leadership development, and best youth development practices. My experience over the past 5 years working with marginalized populations, teaching young people about life skills from a racial justice lens, and developing best trauma-informed practices has informed my eclectic approach in EID work. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, racial justice, and a holistic approach to organizational change that centers anti-racism, decolonization, and liberation.
