We begin with a free 20-minute consultation, where we get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit. You can ask questions, share what you're seeking, and get a feel for our connection.
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive digital intake forms and practice policies. During our first therapy session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and begin building a foundation of trust and clarity for our work together.
Therapy is a collaborative space — you set the pace, and I’ll support you with care, tools, and culturally responsive insight.

Teletherapy is online therapy provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
It allows you to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home or any private location. This is a safe, convenient option that makes mental health care more accessible.
What do I need for teletherapy?
You’ll need:
A private, quiet space where you feel safe to talk
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and microphone
A stable internet connection
Teletherapy works best when you have a comfortable and uninterrupted space to connect with yourself and your therapist.
